Tight
deboner
Operates according to the
so-called "diaphragm method". This means that the
bone is pushed out of the thigh through a hole - the "diaphragm"
- while the thigh itself is being held. In this way the meat
is being stripped off the thigh. The "diaphragms"
are available in different sizes. This way of deboning results
in almost no loss of meat, which makes this thigh deboner the
most efficient of its kind. The D-90 thigh deboner has a capacity
of 80 thighs per minute. It's also possible to de-bone wings
with it. This flexible deboner can be connected to any conveyor
belt for product outflow. The stainless steel wire netting around
the deboning area is constructed in a way that it easily meets
future safety regulations. This makes this machine very safe
to operate. Its compact design makes sure this machine can be
used anywhere in the plant. The deboner is easy to clean and
needs just little maintenance.
